Tłı̨chǫ artists will be on hand this weekend to help you celebrate the Christmas season.  

The Tree of Peace Friendship Centre in Yellowknife will be hosting a special holiday sale and showcase on Saturday, Nov. 19 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Traditionally made arts and crafts made by respected Tłı̨chǫ artists from all four communities will be available for gift-giving and enjoyment this season.

The Wek'èezhìı Renewable Resources Board voted to support the status listings of three bird species following a presentation by representatives from Environment Canada and Climate Change Canada  Sept. 13.  

The Wek'èezhìı Renewable Resources Board (WRRB) is in the process of touring the four Tłı̨chǫ communities in October and November to get input from residents on whether tǫdzı should be relisted, if this would impact the community in a positive or negative way, and to gather any missing information.
