PR (BATH) - 111: NWT CIMP's Caribou blueprint for barren-ground caribou in the NWT

This document accompanied TG and ENR's responses to Information Requests No.2 for the 2016 Bathurst Caribou Herd Proceeding.  The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) believes that a regionally-based cumulative impacts monitoring approach is necessary to assess and monitor how human and natural factors affect barren-ground caribou habitat, and the size and trend of barren-ground caribou herds.
