PR (BNE 2019): 008 - Notice of Decision on Intervenor Status

This is the Wek’èezhìı Renewable Resources Board’s Notice of Decision on Intervenor Status for the 2019 Sahtì Ekwǫ̀ (Bluenose-East caribou) Proceeding. Additionally, the Notice states that Intervenors that would like to issue Information Requests for Round No.2 to another Party may do so.  Information Requests must first be submitted to the WRRB by no later than 12:00 p.m. MDT on February 22, 2019.  All Round No.2 Information Requests will be issued on February 25, 2019, with a deadline for response by no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 6, 2019.
