Isabelle Duclos

Isabelle Duclos is a WRRB Board member and biologist with the Canadian Wildlife Service at Environment and Climate Change Canada. Since joining the Board in 2019, she has brought extensive northern conservation experience shaped by a career focused on habitat, caribou, and species at risk recovery. Isabelle began her career as a habitat biologist working in the Canadian Arctic Archipelago and has since worked across Québec and the Northwest Territories in both the private sector and government. Her long-standing interest in conservation and habitat stewardship, combined with her commitment to collaborative wildlife management, led her to join the WRRB and contribute to the co-management system. She values working alongside Board members, staff, and partners to support effective conservation and responsible decision-making.
