2022 Calendar Sneak Peek!

It’s that time of year again and the WRRB is working hard to get the 2022 calendar finished and out to all of you! Around this time, we like to give you a little sneak peek of the upcoming calendar to get you excited about what we have for you for next year. This year’s theme is ‘Harvesting’ and will include info on the GNWT’s policies on how harvesting should be conducted, the zones, when and how harvesting may be done, and what kinds of plants and animals are typically harvested in and around Wek’èezhìı. For now, we will leave you with this lovely image of one species you will find featured in this coming year’s calendar and encourage anyone with harvesting related photos of Wek’èezhìı species to share them with us! Your photo may be featured in the calendar or on our Facebook page!
