NEW! WRRB Calendar 2016

The WRRB 2016 Calendar is ready in time for Christmas.  It's being shipped to Wek’èezhìı communities and will be available at the local Community Presence Tłı̨chǫ Government office in each community.  This year's calendar celebrates the diversity of living things found within Wek’èezhìı–from the miniature forests of mosses and lichens to its large animals like caribou and Grizzly bears.  From taiga forest to Barrenlands tundra, Wek’èezhìı has an array of wild habitats supporting a rich variety of wildlife which make their homes here for at least part of the year.  Our calendar features just some of the animals, birds, fish, plants and trees found in Wek’èezhìı. There are many more to include in future calendars.
