Review Period for Draft Species Status Report for Peregrine Falcon Now Open

SARC, the NWT's Species at Risk Committee, has released their Draft Species Status Report for the Peregrine Falcon in the NWT, and the review period is now open. The report includes the best availabe science and Tradional Knowledge data on the biological status of this falcon in the territory, including any potential or existing threats, or influences that might be positive for the species. To review the report, click here. If you are reviewing with a view to offer comments, please consider the following questions:

  • Has the report fully investigated the best available sources of information?
  • Is the information from those sources portrayed accurately?
