Simon Whitehouse joins WRRB team

Simon Whitehouse, a newspaper journalist with Northern News Services joined the Wek'èezhìı Renewable Resources Board team as Communications Officer, May 16. 

Whitehouse replaces Shalyn Norrish who moved from the position to new endeavours in British Columbia.

Welcome back Laura Meinert

Laura Meinert resumed her role as Wildlife Management Biologist with the Wek'èezhìı Renewable Resources Board on June 6. 

In her role as a wildlife management biologist, Laura provides the Board with scientific research, monitoring and management advice on wildlife, including fish in Wek’èezhìı. Laura also conducts regulatory reviews on land use permits and water licences.
